This salad was FANTASTIC. I actually subbed out the steak for chicken cutlet it was so good I will be dreaming about it for days and I know I will be getting another soon!

I order from here probably once a week. Place never disappoints. Easily the best panini spot in Nassau county and will go as far to say that all of their dinner entrees rival all the best restaurants in our area and probably beyond.

Was visiting my childhood area on Long Island Thanksgiving week from Rhode Island and heard great comments from various people so had to try. Was very happy I went...twice actually. The first night I did takeout of Shortribs with sweet potatoes and veggies and the egg roll appetizer. Great choice perfectly cooked with wonderful flavors. Went back next night for Roasted Pork Hero and Eggplant Hero. Amazing!! I did a substitution on the Roasted pork removing the broccoli rabe and cherry peppers and added sauteed onions...HEAVEN! Reminded me of a sandwich mom made for me decades ago. Always a great treat when food transports you back in time as this sandwich did. Looking forward to go back on my next trip in 2026!! Highly recommend! You must try Capo for dine in or takeout!

A flavor explosion in every bite! Crispy ciabatta cradles tender chicken, sweet roasted peppers, and creamy mozzarella. The herb mayo and fresh greens tie it all together for an unforgettable panini experience. Pure perfection!
