A little bit about us……Paul and Ingrid Capoziello are the proud owners of Capo Ristorante in Floral Park. Paul is a chef with a lengthy resume. He has been working in the business for 18 years, most formerly a chef with Compass Group, Restaurant Associates. Paul’s work experience in the food industry, both restaurant style, and corporate catering style dining has helped him to gain the knowledge necessary to serve any client. Ingrid is a registered nurse and is learning more and more about the business with each day.
We started this project in September of 2008. We designed and built the restaurant with one thing in mind, a comfortable warm environment that serves good food.
They say good things happen to those who wait, after just under one year of planning, we finally opened our doors on June 29, 2009, exactly one week after the birth of our son, William Gabriel Capoziello. We had a ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the Covert Ave Chamber of Commerce on July 2, 2009. The neighborhood has been extremely welcoming to both new additions to our family. We are excited to be in the neighborhood and look forward to continuing to serve the community.
